Nutty Slaw
Quick & easy, takes only a few minutes with pre-shredded slaw. A
great last minute picnic trick!
1 head green cabbage (or bag or two of thinly shredded cabbage)
½ to 1 cup mayo (reg or lite)
¾ cup toasted pine nuts
salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice cabbage and combine with small amount of mayo. It will
become more moist as it sits, so make at least an hour in advance.
Chill. Just before serving add pine nuts and salt and pepper to taste.
